[OWNER REVIEW: this is a starting template, not legal advice, and does not guarantee compliance with any law. Have it reviewed for your business and country, then remove these notes.]
Using the service
Lumara Invoice Generator is a free tool for creating and printing invoices. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Your invoices and your responsibility
You are responsible for the content of your invoices, including prices, tax rates, dates and customer details, and for meeting the tax, accounting and legal requirements that apply to you. The tool performs calculations from the numbers you enter. It does not give tax, legal or accounting advice, and we do not guarantee that an invoice meets any country's rules.
Your data and backups
Records are stored in your own browser and are not sent to us. We cannot recover them. Clearing browser data, changing browsers or devices, or private browsing can remove them. Please export backups of anything important.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to create fraudulent or unlawful documents, to attack or overload it, or to try to access anything that isn't yours.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as is and as available. Features may change or be withdrawn, and the site may be unavailable from time to time. We may update these terms, and the date above will change when we do.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the service and are not liable for lost data, lost income or other losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
The site's design and code belong to Lumara. Invoices you create, and the content you enter, belong to you.
Governing law and operator
